The City of Las Vegas Older Adults Home Modification Program (up to $5,000) only covers homes inside Las Vegas city limits, and Henderson's Homeowner Repair Pilot Program ($4,000 for urgent repairs, up to $12,000 for non-emergency projects) is Henderson-only. Boulder City sits outside both footprints.
Start with the Nevada Aging and Disability Services Division's Las Vegas/Clark County Regional Office at (702) 486-3545. That's the intake point for the state's Medicaid HCBS waivers. The Frail Elderly Waiver (age 65+) and the Physical Disabilities Waiver both fund home-accessibility modifications case by case with no fixed dollar cap, though neither names stairlifts on its published service list. Nevada's Assistive Technology for Independent Living program is the one that does name stair glides directly, up to $3,000 for a rental home, assessed need for an owned home.
