Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Clark County

Clark County, NV

Winchester stairlift installs span the whole housing spectrum. Paradise Palms — the historic mid-century modern district — has original split-levels where narrow 32-inch staircases need a custom-fitted straight rail. Las Vegas Country Club and Las Vegas Country Club Estates hold a mix of 1970s ranch homes and townhomes, where curved stairs at the entry are common. Turnberry Place and the condo towers along Paradise Road come with HOA notification requirements and elevator scheduling for freight delivery. Meadows Village, south of Desert Inn, has single-story attached duplexes with short outdoor stoops that work perfectly for weatherproof outdoor lifts. Over by Huntridge, the older bungalows have steep interior staircases that our rail-mount system handles without touching the drywall.

Straight

Mid-Century Split-Level Gets a Straight Lift in Paradise Palms

Paradise Palms, NV Installed February 2026

The Morrisons' 1963 split-level in Paradise Palms had original oak treads — dark, narrow at 31 inches, with a straight 12-step run to the upper floor. The rail bolted directly into the hardwood treads with five anchor points. No drywall work, no wall contact. The beige seat parks at the bottom landing, folding to 15 inches when not in use so the family can still walk the stairs normally. Luis finished in just under three and a half hours.

Curved

Entryway Spiral Curve in Las Vegas Country Club Home

Las Vegas Country Club, NV Installed April 2026

The DeLucas' home had a sweeping entryway staircase with a 90-degree curve at the upper landing, wrapping around a half-wall beneath a chandelier. Luis did the 1-hour laser measurement, the custom rail was fabricated in two weeks, and installation took a single morning. The brown seat parks at the top floor, aligned with the hallway. The curved rail follows the wall contour precisely — no gaps, no overhang.

Compact Condo Straight Rail at Turnberry Place

Turnberry Place, NV Installed January 2026

The Nakamuras' high-rise condo had an interior staircase with stone treads connecting the main living area to a loft. The straight 10-foot rail mounted to the treads using masonry anchors — no drilling into the marble flooring below. At 32 inches wide, the staircase was tight but the fold-up seat preserved 17 inches of pass-through. Freight elevator access was coordinated with building management the day before.

Outdoor

Desert-Proof Outdoor Lift on a Meadows Village Patio

Meadows Village, NV Installed May 2025

The Escobars needed access from their back patio down five concrete steps to the yard. Luis installed the IP55-rated outdoor rail directly onto the stone-paved stoop, anchoring into the concrete with stainless bolts. The cream-colored seat is covered with a marine-grade vinyl shroud and parked under the patio overhang to shield it from direct summer sun. The DC motor and sealed 4Ah backup battery sit inside a weatherproof housing.

Carpeted Staircase Straight Rail in Huntridge Bungalow

Huntridge, NV Installed September 2025

The Petersons' 1950s bungalow had a fully carpeted staircase — 13 steps, straight run, standard 34-inch width. The brown seat matched the beige carpet tones almost exactly. The rail bolted through the carpet into the wood sub-treads beneath, leaving the surrounding carpet intact. The lower landing opens onto a tiled entryway. Total install time was three hours, including a full test cycle and control walkthrough.

Platform Lift

Indoor Platform Lift for Wheelchair Access in Country Club Estates

Las Vegas Country Club Estates, NV Installed October 2025

Mr. Vance uses a wheelchair full-time and needed access from the ground-floor entry to the raised living area — five steps up in a straight run. The indoor inclined platform lift has a flat black deck with yellow safety edges, a white handrail, and a 600-lb capacity. The deck folds up against the wall when not in use. Luis routed the power from a nearby outlet and anchored the rail to the tile-over-concrete treads. No HOA objections — the unit attaches only to the private interior staircase.

Common Questions

Everything Winchester Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

How much does a stairlift cost in Winchester, NV?

A straight-rail stairlift in Winchester starts at $2,800 installed. Curved rails, which are custom-bent to your staircase after a laser measurement, start at $9,000. Outdoor lifts for porch or patio stairs start at $4,000. Heavy-duty models rated to 600 lb start at $5,050. These prices include the assessment, the rail, the seat, installation labor, and a 5-year warranty. Financing runs $79/month for qualified buyers. No hidden Clark County fees — the quote Luis gives you at the assessment is the price you pay.

What makes a curved stairlift more expensive than a straight one?

A curved rail is a single custom-bent piece of aluminum, fabricated to match your exact stair geometry — every turn, every landing, every angle. In Winchester, we see curved-stair needs most often in Las Vegas Country Club homes with entryway spirals, and in larger Paradise Palms split-levels where the staircase makes a 90-degree turn at a mid-landing. The rail alone takes about two weeks to manufacture after the 1-hour laser measurement on site. A straight rail, by contrast, comes off the shelf and installs in about three hours.

Are there additional costs for condo or HOA installs in Winchester?

The stairlift price doesn't change, but buildings like Turnberry Place or the high-rises off Paradise Road may require freight-elevator scheduling and a certificate of insurance filed with the HOA before install day. Luis handles that paperwork for you — it's part of the service, not an extra charge. Some HOAs also want a post-install inspection to confirm no common-area modifications were made; we provide a photo report showing the rail is bolted only to your unit's private treads.

Do you offer financing for Winchester residents?

Yes — $79/month for qualified buyers through our financing partner. The application takes about ten minutes and you'll know during the assessment whether you're approved. No prepayment penalty. We've financed lifts for Winchester seniors on fixed income, for families splitting the cost among siblings, and for condo owners who'd rather spread the payment than pull from savings.

A word from Luis

Winchester throws a lot of different stair configurations at you. Over near Paradise Palms, I see these mid-century split-levels with original oak treads — narrow, 32 inches across, and the turns are tight. The curved rail has to hug the wall exactly. Then you go half a mile west to Turnberry Place or the high-rises off Paradise Road, and it's a completely different animal — wider stairs, sometimes marble or stone treads, but you're working around HOA rules and freight-elevator scheduling. Same with the townhome clusters in Las Vegas Country Club Estates. I've done enough installs here to know which buildings need which rail type before I even walk in the door. Most Winchester installs finish in under four hours because the housing stock is so consistent — we know what to bring.

The other thing people don't think about here is the heat. Outdoor lifts on a porch or a stoop in Winchester have to handle 110-degree days six months out of the year. We use marine-grade covers and the DC motor holds up fine, but I always tell folks to park the seat at the top landing under an awning if they can — keeps the upholstery from cooking. That's not in the manual. That's just 15 years of doing this in the Mojave.

— Luis Ramírez, Winchester
