Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Clark County

Clark County, NV

From the 1960s ranches of Paradise Palms and the Desert Inn corridor — built for casino workers and Nellis AFB retirees with split-level entries and original terrazzo floors — to the 1990s tract homes of the Tropicana corridor, our team has mapped every staircase pattern in Paradise. We know which University District condos near UNLV need HOA board approval, which Hughes Center mid-rises require building-management coordination, and which McCarran area homes have the narrow stairwell that demands a compact folding seat.

The Flamingo/Paradise corridor has condo conversions, 1970s two-stories, and newer infill that accounts for nearly a third of our Paradise installs. Winchester on the north fringe has the oldest housing stock and highest concentration of aging-in-place homeowners in the township.

Tropicana corridor two-story — heat-rated motor on carpeted hardwood stairs

Tropicana corridor, NV Installed March 2026

A 1996 two-story on the Tropicana corridor with 14 treads and a stairwell that faces west. Mrs. Okonkwo’s daughter called from Los Angeles after her mother stopped going upstairs entirely. We bolted a straight rail into the dark-toned stair treads, positioned the beige seat at the bottom landing, and installed a heat-rated motor that handles the 130°F stairwell temperatures without throttling. She sleeps in her own bedroom every night now.

Paradise Palms split-level — curved rail with 90° turn at the upper landing

Paradise Palms, NV Installed February 2026

A 1964 split-level in Paradise Palms with five steps from the entry, a 90-degree turn at the landing, and six more to the bedrooms. Mr. Martinez had been sleeping on the main-floor couch since his stroke. We laser-scanned the full geometry, fabricated a curved rail that bends around the half-wall at the upper landing, and parked the brown-upholstered seat at the top floor where he steps off into the bedroom hallway. The modern interior with its framed art and period fixtures — untouched. He rode to his bedroom the evening we finished.

Desert Inn corridor ranch — compact straight rail on stone-tile treads

Desert Inn corridor, NV Installed January 2026

A 1972 ranch on the Desert Inn corridor — one of Paradise’s original residential streets. Mr. Feldman retired from a 35-year casino career and wanted nothing clinical. The interior staircase has stone-tile treads and a compact layout with a wooden sideboard at the bottom. We mounted a straight rail on the tile risers, positioned the brown-upholstered seat at the base next to the hallway furniture, and kept the folding arms tight so the narrow passage stays clear. The cozy traditional interior is undisturbed.

Flamingo/Paradise condo — outdoor rail on stone-paved porch entry

Flamingo/Paradise, NV Installed December 2025

A ground-floor condo unit in the Flamingo/Paradise corridor with a raised stone-paved entry porch — five rough natural stone steps from the parking area up to the front door. Mrs. Washington’s sister had fallen on these steps the previous summer visiting from Reno. We anchored a weather-resistant cream seat rail into the stone paving, sealed every bracket against monsoon rain and UV, and added a carpeted tread mat at the bottom landing. She rides from the parking level to the covered porch and steps off at the front door — desert heat and dust fully sealed out.

Winchester narrow stairwell — compact rail on carpeted stairs

Winchester, NV Installed November 2025

A 1965 ranch in Winchester with carpeted stairs and a landing between the main floor and bedrooms. Mr. Tran had been sleeping in the den for five months following a fall. We bolted the track through the carpet into the stair substrate, matched the brown upholstery to the existing carpet tones, and positioned the seat at the landing where it parks flat against the wall near the light switches. The tiled floor at the bottom of the landing stays clear. Mr. Tran has not missed a night in his bedroom since install day.

Platform Lift

McCarran area — indoor wheelchair platform lift for a Nellis AFB veteran

McCarran area, NV Installed October 2025

Mr. Reeves is a retired Air Force veteran who uses a wheelchair full-time and cannot transfer to a seated stairlift. His home near McCarran has an interior stairway with four steps between the garage level and the main living area. We installed an inclined wheelchair platform lift with a flat black anti-slip deck and yellow high-visibility safety edges so he can see the platform boundaries clearly. The white handrail locks during the ride. He qualified for a HISA grant through VA Southern Nevada — we prefilled VA Form 10-0103 and the prescription came back in five weeks. He rolls on at the bottom, rides up, and rolls off into the living room. Two years, zero service calls.

Common Questions

Everything Paradise Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a stairlift actually cost in the Las Vegas Valley right now?

Straight rails in standard Paradise homes — the Tropicana corridor two-stories, the Desert Inn corridor ranches — run $2,800 to $5,500 installed. Curved rails, needed for 1960s Paradise Palms split-levels with mid-landing turns, run $9,000 to $15,000 because the rail is manufactured to your exact geometry. Outdoor models for covered patios and garage entries run $4,000 to $7,500. Every quote is written, honored for 30 days, and includes installation, rail, seat, battery backup, and the first service visit.

Are prices different in Paradise than Henderson or Summerlin?

Equipment prices are the same across the Las Vegas Valley — we do not charge more for a Strip-adjacent address or a Hughes Center condo. What varies slightly is install labor for unusual conditions: HOA submission timelines in condo buildings, tile-staircase drilling in 1990s tract homes, and the occasional electrical upgrade in a 1960s Paradise Palms ranch. We tell you the line items upfront. No surprise fees.

Does the extreme Las Vegas heat damage stairlifts?

It destroys standard ones. Garages and entryways in Clark County exceed 130°F in July, and standard stairlift motors throttle or shut down above 115°F ambient. Every Clark County install ships with a heat-rated motor (thermal shutdown at 130°F as a safety ceiling, not a daily operating limit), high-temperature synthetic lubricant rated to 125°F continuous, and UV-stable seat fabric. These are standard spec, not upgrades.

Do you offer financing if I don’t qualify for the Frail Elderly Waiver or HISA?

Yes — three lending partners with 0% APR for qualified buyers and low fixed-rate plans from $79/month. Application is a soft credit pull (no hit to your score), takes about four minutes, and approval is usually instant. Many Clark County families combine financing with the IRS medical deduction or a partial VA grant to bring the monthly payment down further. We walk you through the math during the free assessment.

A word from Luis

Most Paradise families call me after something has already happened — a fall on the tile stairs in a Desert Inn corridor two-story, a parent who stopped going upstairs after the July heat turned the stairwell into a furnace, a daughter in California calling because her father near UNLV refuses to leave the house he bought in 1985.

My job is simple: get to your house within 24 hours, measure once, and give you a price that’s honored for 30 days. No pressure. No upsells. Every Clark County install ships heat-rated — 115°F is not an edge case here, it’s the baseline.
