Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Clark County

Clark County, NV

We cover all of Whitney in eastern Clark County. Stallion Mountain, the gated golf community, has two-story homes with straight oak staircases that suit a straight rail. Duck Creek Village and Copper Creek date to the late 1980s — split-levels with half-turn landings that often need a curved rail. Canyon Willow condos and Gardens East ranches sit on slab foundations with interior stairs against shared walls. Nevada Ranch has wide-lot single-story homes where outdoor porch lifts are common requests, and the older split-levels near Boulder Highway by Sam Boyd have narrower treads that call for a folding seat.

Straight

Stallion Mountain — straight rail on solid oak treads

Stallion Mountain, NV Installed March 2026

A two-story home in the gated Stallion Mountain golf community with a straight oak staircase — 14 treads, standard rise, the solid-core hardwood common in these 1990s builds. We bolted the rail directly into the treads with no wall drilling, three hours start to finish, and parked the beige seat at the bottom near the entry hall.

Curved

Duck Creek Village — curved rail at the upper landing

Duck Creek Village, NV Installed February 2026

A late-1980s subdivision home off Russell Road. The staircase makes a 90-degree left turn at a half-wall landing — a tight radius that took a laser measurement and a custom-bent rail. The brown seat parks at the upper landing near the master bedroom. The install ran about five and a half hours with the custom fabrication.

Copper Creek — straight rail on stone-look tile treads

Copper Creek, NV Installed January 2026

A compact split-level in Copper Creek with stone-look tile treads, common in Whitney's early-1990s builds. The staircase runs along an interior wall next to a built-in hutch. We bolted the straight rail to the treads in just over three hours, and the cream seat tucks neatly beside the lower hallway, clear of the front-door swing.

Outdoor

Gardens East — outdoor lift on a front stoop

Gardens East, NV Installed April 2026

A Gardens East rancher with a three-step stoop at the front entry — textured concrete, sun-baked most of the year. We installed the outdoor lift on the left side with a weather-sealed rail and an IP55-rated motor housing. Valley dust and 110-degree summers are hard on equipment, so the sealed finish matters here. Two and a half hours, no concrete cutting.

Canyon Willow — straight rail on carpeted condo stairs

Canyon Willow, NV Installed March 2026

Canyon Willow condos have carpeted interior staircases running along a shared wall — tight, about 36 inches wide, standard for Whitney's mid-1980s condo stock. The family needed a straight lift that fit without crowding the walkway, so we used the narrow-rail model bolted to the treads, with the seat folding up when not in use. Three hours, carpet intact.

Platform Lift

Boulder Highway area — indoor wheelchair platform

Boulder Highway area, NV Installed February 2026

A two-story home near Boulder Highway where the son uses a wheelchair full-time. We set an indoor inclined platform lift — flat black deck, yellow safety edges, 600-pound capacity — running along the right-side wall and folding up when not in use. The platform carries him straight up about 13 feet. The crew finished in roughly five hours, including the electrical tie-in.

Common Questions

Everything Whitney Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding, no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a straight stairlift cost in Whitney?

A straight stairlift in Whitney starts at $2,800 installed. That covers the rail, seat, remote controls, and labor — typically a 3-hour install. Most Whitney homes built after 1985 have standard-rise staircases needing a 12-to-16-foot rail. If your stairs are longer or you add a power swivel seat, the price adjusts. You get a firm number after the free in-home measurement.

How much is a curved stairlift for a Whitney split-level?

Curved stairlifts in Whitney start at $9,000. The rail is custom-bent to your exact staircase after a 1-hour laser measurement on site. Many of Whitney's late-1980s and 1990s split-levels — especially in Duck Creek Village and Copper Creek — have half-turn landings or 90-degree turns that need a custom rail. Fabrication takes about a week, then install runs 5 to 6 hours.

What does an outdoor stairlift cost at a Whitney home?

Outdoor stairlifts in Whitney start at $4,000. The unit is weather-sealed with an IP55-rated motor housing and a UV- and dust-resistant finish that stands up to Las Vegas Valley summers — 110-degree heat, blowing dust, and the occasional monsoon downpour. Most outdoor installs are on front-entry stoops or porch steps in Gardens East and Nevada Ranch. Install takes 2 to 3 hours.

Can I finance a stairlift in Whitney?

Yes. Financing starts at $79 per month with approved credit, so you don't pay the full amount upfront. We walk you through the application at the assessment, and most approvals come back within an hour. There's no prepayment penalty, and terms run 24 to 60 months depending on the monthly payment that works for you.

A word from Luis

I work all of Whitney, from the gated golf-course homes in Stallion Mountain down to the Boulder Highway condos. Most homes here went up after 1985, so they have clean straight staircases with standard rise — a straight rail bolts to the treads and we're done in about three hours.

The late-1980s split-levels in Duck Creek Village and Copper Creek are the ones that need a curved rail. They turn at a half-wall landing, so I laser-measure on site and order the rail bent to that exact radius. And out here, the heat and dust are the real test — I seal every outdoor lift for 110-degree summers and the monsoon dust that comes with them.

Luis Ramírez, Whitney
Your Next Step

Ready to get started? It's simple.

Whitney's housing sorts neatly: the post-1985 ranchers and golf-course homes around Stallion Mountain take a straight rail from $2,800, while the late-1980s split-levels in Duck Creek Village and Copper Creek need a curved rail from $9,000 to clear their half-wall turns. Every lift ships with battery backup — useful when a summer brownout hits the eastern valley.

Nevada's funding helps. The Frail Elderly (FE) Waiver, administered by the Aging and Disability Services Division, covers Environmental Accessibility Adaptations including stairlifts for residents who meet nursing-facility level of care. Whitney veterans can claim up to $6,800 through the VA HISA grant, processed at the Southeast Las Vegas VA Clinic on South Boulder Highway in Henderson, about five miles away.
