Infosys Consulting LLC, doing business as All American Stairlifts ("we," "us," or "our"), operates allamericanstairlifts.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We coordinate stairlift installations through a nationwide network of independent contractors. We do not manufacture stairlifts or perform installations directly.

This policy applies to information collected through our website, phone consultations, in-home assessments, lead forms, and email communications. It covers all visitors, leads, customers, and installer applicants.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you request a quote, schedule an assessment, or contact us, we collect:

  • Contact information: Full name, email address, phone number, and home address (including street, city, state, and ZIP code).
  • Property details: Number of floors, staircase type (straight, curved, outdoor), staircase measurements (length, width, number of steps, turning angles), and landing configurations.
  • Mobility and health information: Details about the intended user's mobility limitations, wheelchair or walker use, weight range, and any physical considerations relevant to selecting the correct stairlift model. We collect this information solely to recommend appropriate equipment and ensure safe installation.
  • Financial information: If you apply for financing or pay by credit card, payment details are collected by our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communication records: Phone call notes, emails, form submissions, and any documents you share with us (photos of your staircase, medical documentation for VA or Medicaid funding applications).
  • Installer applicant data: Contractor license numbers, insurance certificates, manufacturer certifications, coverage area, and background check authorization.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL, click patterns, and scroll depth.
  • Location data: Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. We use this to show you relevant local content and connect you with nearby installers.
  • Cookie data: Information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Advertising platforms: Google Ads and Meta may provide conversion data and audience insights.
  • Public records: Property data from county assessor databases to verify home details for installation planning.
  • Installer network: Our independent contractors may provide completion reports, installation photos, and service notes after visiting your home.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Service coordination: Matching you with a qualified, licensed installer in your area. This requires sharing your address, staircase details, and mobility information with the assigned contractor.
  • Quote generation: Calculating pricing based on staircase configuration, product selection, and installation complexity.
  • Communication: Responding to inquiries, scheduling assessments, providing installation updates, and following up after installation.
  • Warranty coordination: Facilitating manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf, which requires sharing purchase and installation records with the brand manufacturer.
  • Funding assistance: Helping you identify and apply for VA grants, Medicaid waivers, state accessibility programs, or other financial assistance. This may involve sharing relevant information with government agencies at your request.
  • Website improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve navigation, content, and page performance.
  • Marketing: Sending relevant information about stairlift products, maintenance tips, and promotions, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Legal compliance: Meeting record-keeping obligations under state contractor licensing laws, tax reporting requirements, and responding to lawful requests from government authorities.

3. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Independent installation contractors: When you proceed with a stairlift project, we share your name, address, phone number, staircase measurements, and mobility details with the assigned installer so they can complete the job. Our installers are contractually required to keep your information confidential and use it only for the installation.
  • Stairlift manufacturers: Bruno, Handicare (Savaria), Stannah, and Harmar receive purchase information for warranty registration, parts ordering, and custom rail fabrication. Curved stairlifts require sharing your exact staircase measurements with the manufacturer's engineering team.
  • Payment processors: We use third-party payment processors that comply with PCI DSS standards. They receive only the financial data necessary to process your transaction.
  • Analytics providers: Google Analytics receives anonymized usage data to help us understand website traffic. See our Cookie Policy for details and opt-out instructions.
  • Advertising platforms: Google Ads and Meta receive conversion signals (that a form was submitted, not who submitted it) to measure advertising effectiveness.
  • Government agencies: Only when required by law, such as responding to subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory investigations.
  • Business transfers: If Infosys Consulting LLC is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you by email or prominent website notice before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, analyze traffic, and support advertising. For a complete list of cookies we use and instructions for managing them, see our Cookie Policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some website functionality, but you can still browse our content and contact us by phone.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information according to the following schedule:

  • Lead inquiry data (no purchase): 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
  • Customer records (completed installation): 7 years from installation date, to support warranty claims and comply with tax record-keeping requirements.
  • Installation photos and completion reports: 7 years, retained for warranty and liability documentation.
  • Mobility and health information: Deleted within 90 days after installation is complete, unless needed for an active warranty claim or you request earlier deletion.
  • Website analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default retention period).
  • Installer applicant data: Duration of the contractor relationship plus 3 years after termination.
