About All American Stairlifts — Licensed Installers, All 50 States

We Coordinate. We Do Not Sell.

All American Stairlifts is not a stairlift dealer. We are an assessment and coordination company. We send a licensed installer to measure your staircase, recommend the right brand and model for your situation, handle the installation scheduling, and manage your warranty after the work is done. We do not manufacture stairlifts. We do not employ sales teams. We match homeowners with the right equipment and the right installer.

That distinction matters. A dealer represents one or two brands and has financial incentive to sell the model with the highest margin. We work with six manufacturers and recommend based on staircase geometry, rider weight, and budget — not commission structure.

Four Steps, Start to Finish

Free In-Home Assessment (45 min)

A licensed installer from our network visits your home, laser-measures your staircase, checks the electrical, and evaluates the primary rider's mobility needs. No cost, no obligation, no sales pitch.

Brand & Model Recommendation

Based on the assessment data — stair configuration, width, weight capacity, indoor or outdoor — we recommend from six manufacturers: Bruno, Handicare/Savaria, Stannah, Harmar, Acorn, and AmeriGlide. You get a written quote with the specific model, specifications, and installed price.

Licensed Installer Matching

We assign the nearest available installer who carries active state contractor licensing, minimum $2M general liability insurance, workers' compensation, and manufacturer certification on the recommended brand. You receive their name, photo, and license number before the appointment.

Post-Install Warranty Coordination

After installation, we manage your warranty claims, schedule maintenance, and dispatch emergency service. One phone call to us — not to the manufacturer, not to the installer's personal cell.

Why a Coordinator Instead of a Dealer?

The residential stairlift industry has a problem. Most homeowners buy a stairlift once in their lifetime, usually under time pressure after a fall or hospital discharge. They call the first company that appears in a search, sit through a 90-minute in-home sales presentation, and sign a contract for whichever brand that dealer carries — often at a price inflated to cover the sales commission.

We built a different model. Because we are not tied to a single manufacturer, we recommend the brand and model that fits the staircase and the rider. Because we do not employ commissioned salespeople, there is no incentive to upsell a curved rail on straight stairs or push an extended maintenance contract you do not need. Because we verify installer credentials annually, homeowners do not have to research contractors themselves.

What We Are Not

We do not install home elevators, through-floor lifts, wheelchair platform lifts, or stairlift rentals. We do not perform structural staircase repairs. If your project falls outside residential stairlift assessment and coordination, we will tell you directly and, where possible, refer you to the right specialist.

We Handle the Paperwork

Many homeowners qualify for funding that significantly reduces out-of-pocket cost. We prepare and submit applications for Medicaid HCBS waivers, VA HISA grants (up to $6,800), state-level home modification programs, and IRS medical deduction documentation — at no additional charge. Our funding specialist, Maria Santos, is a former Veterans Service Organization counselor with eight years of benefits processing experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

A dealer represents one or two brands and makes money on equipment margin and sales commissions. We work with six brands and recommend based on your staircase, not on commission structure. We also verify installer credentials annually, manage your warranty, and handle funding applications — things a dealer's salesperson does not do.

Our pricing is competitive with direct dealer pricing. We negotiate volume rates with manufacturers that individual buyers cannot access. Your written quote is an all-in installed price — equipment, labor, training, and cleanup. No hidden fees.

Annual verification of active state contractor license, $2M general liability policy, workers' compensation coverage, manufacturer certification, and background check. Before each appointment, you receive the installer's name, photo, and license number.

One call to us. We coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer, schedule maintenance visits, and dispatch emergency service. You do not need to track down the original installer or navigate manufacturer phone trees.
