Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Gaines County

Gaines County, TX

We cover all of Gaines County, home to a large Low-German Mennonite farming community working peanuts, cotton, and oil. In-town additions like Finley Moore, Medlock Addition, and Russell Addition hold 1940s–1950s oil-boom homes with narrow treads, so a straight rail bolted to the treads works best. Newer builds in Hillcrest and Western Hills are wider but often turn 90° at the landing, calling for a curved rail. Porches in South Bel-Aire and country places off FM 181 usually need a weather-sealed outdoor lift against the high-plains sun and dust.

Common Questions

Everything Seminole Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding, no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a straight stairlift cost in Seminole, TX?

Straight stairlifts start at $2,800 installed. That includes the rail, seat, battery backup, and full installation, with no hidden trip fees for homes on county roads past the loop.

How much is a curved stairlift in Seminole?

Curved stairlifts start at $9,000. Final pricing depends on the number of turns, and a 90-degree turn at the landing is standard in Hillcrest and Western Hills split-levels. The rail is custom-bent after an on-site laser measurement.

Does All American Stairlifts charge a travel fee to Seminole?

No. There is no trip charge, fuel surcharge, or mileage fee for any home in Gaines County, including farms off FM 181 and County Road 301. The quote you get at the assessment is the final price.

Does the price include removing an old stairlift?

Yes, for a flat $250 add-on. We unbolt the old unit, plug the tread holes with color-matched filler, and install the new rail in the same visit. Financing starts at $79/month with no prepayment penalty.

A word from Luis

You've got two kinds of stairs in Seminole. The older oil-boom homes — Finley Moore, Medlock, Russell Addition — went up fast in the '40s and '50s. Narrow treads, steep pitch, often carpet laid right over the original oak. Those usually take a straight rail bolted into the treads.

Then there's the newer construction out in Hillcrest and Western Hills — wider stairs, but plenty of them have a 90-degree turn at the landing that needs a custom curved rail. The heat is the other thing. An outdoor lift on a South Bel-Aire porch facing the July sun has to hold up through triple-digit days and blowing Permian Basin dust, so I use sealed, powder-coated rail and a UV-stabilized seat. I measure every job myself.
