Stairlift Service Across Collier County

Collier County, FL

Pelican Marsh stretches across 2,075 gated acres just off US-41 in North Naples, with 26 named enclaves ranging from the single-family estate homes of Terrabella and Sweet Bay to the coach homes of Arielle and detached villas of Timarron. Most homes here were built between the mid-1990s and mid-2000s, meaning staircases with standard 36-to-42-inch widths but often featuring tile risers, hardwood treads, or carpeted runs on the second story. The community's median age of 73 means we see a lot of straight-rail installs in the single-level villas and curved-rail jobs in the two-story estates around Marsh Links and Watercrest. Adjacent communities we serve regularly include Pine Ridge, Naples Park, and Vanderbilt Beach — all within a 10-minute drive of the Pelican Marsh gate.

Straight

Oak-Tread Straight Lift, Terrabella Estate

Terrabella, FL Installed March 2026

The Andersons' Terrabella estate has a straight oak staircase off the foyer — 14 treads, standard rise. Luis and his crew mounted a beige-seat straight rail directly to the treads in just over three hours. No wall work, no drywall repair. The seat parks at the bottom landing, right by the garage entry. The Andersons had family visiting from Michigan that same week.

90-Degree Curved Rail, Marsh Links Estate

Marsh Links, FL Installed February 2026

The Cohens' Marsh Links home has a curved staircase wrapping 90 degrees at the upper landing under a chandelier. Luis did a one-hour laser measurement and ordered the custom rail bent to match the turn radius. Three weeks later, the brown-seat curved lift was in — bolted through the treads, not the wall. The seat parks upstairs, out of the way of the foyer.

Stone-Tread Straight Lift, Timarron Villa

Timarron, FL Installed January 2026

The Gallaghers' Timarron villa is a compact two-story with stone-tread stairs — 12 steps, narrower than the estate homes but still 36 inches wide. A brown-seat straight rail went in on a Tuesday morning. The rail bolts to the treads, leaving the stone finish untouched. Install was just under three hours. Mrs. Gallagher uses it daily to reach the guest suite upstairs.

Outdoor

Marine-Grade Outdoor Lift, Arielle Coach Home

Arielle, FL Installed April 2026

The Mercers' Arielle coach home has a short outdoor stair run — six stone-paved steps from the lanai down to the garden path. Luis installed an IP55-rated outdoor stairlift with a cream weatherproof seat and sealed controls. The rail is marine-grade — needed this close to the Gulf. After Hurricane Ian in 2022, the Mercers wanted something that could handle salt air between storms.

Straight

Carpeted Straight Lift, Watercrest Home

Watercrest, FL Installed May 2026

The Patels' Watercrest home has carpeted stairs — 13 treads with a tight turn at the base where the tile foyer meets the first riser. A brown-seat straight rail mounted cleanly to the treads through the carpet padding. The seat color blends with the beige carpet so it doesn't stand out. Three and a half hours, start to finish.

Platform Lift

Wheelchair Platform Lift, Ventura Two-Story

Ventura, FL Installed February 2026

Mr. Hammond in Ventura uses a wheelchair full-time after a stroke. His two-story home needed an indoor inclined platform lift — flat black deck, yellow safety edges, white handrail, 600 lb capacity. Luis mounted the rail along the main staircase, 16 feet of track. The platform folds up when not in use so other family members can still use the stairs. Install took a full day.

Common Questions

Everything Pelican Marsh Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a straight stairlift cost in Pelican Marsh?

A straight stairlift in Pelican Marsh starts at $2,800, fully installed. That includes the rail, seat, remote controls, and all mounting hardware — bolted directly to your stair treads. Most homes here — whether a Terrabella estate or a Timarron villa — have standard 12-to-14-step straight runs that take about three hours. No hidden fees, no travel charge for North Naples.

How much is a curved stairlift for a Pelican Marsh two-story?

Curved stairlifts start at $9,000 in Pelican Marsh. The price depends on the number of turns and the total rail length. We see a lot of 90-degree curves at the upper landing in Marsh Links and Watercrest estates — those typically run $9,000 to $12,000. Every curved rail is custom-bent to your exact staircase after a one-hour laser measurement on site.

Does an outdoor stairlift cost more because of the Florida climate?

Outdoor stairlifts start at $4,000 in Pelican Marsh. They use marine-grade rail and weather-sealed components — necessary this close to the Gulf. The seat cover, sealed controls, and IP55 rating handle the salt air, summer humidity, and storm-season downpours. Installations on Arielle coach home patios and lanai steps are the most common outdoor jobs we do in the community.

What financing options are available for a Pelican Marsh stairlift?

We offer financing from $79/month with approved credit. There's no prepayment penalty, and most applicants get a decision the same day. Many Pelican Marsh residents also use the VA HISA grant (up to $6,800 for service-connected veterans) or Florida's SMMC-LTC Medicaid program, which covers home accessibility adaptations for qualified enrollees.

A word from Luis

Pelican Marsh is one of the communities I know best in North Naples — I've probably installed in every one of the 26 enclaves by now. The Terrabella estates tend to have those wide oak staircases that take a straight rail cleanly. The Arielle coach homes are trickier — shorter runs, sometimes tile treads, but nothing we haven't handled hundreds of times.

The thing about Pelican Marsh residents is they do their research. Most of them have already looked at three or four stairlift companies before I walk in the door. What usually settles it is when I show them the bolt-through mounting — no wall damage — and explain that the rail comes out clean if they ever sell. In a community where homes go for a million and up, that matters.

I also walk a lot of veterans here through the HISA grant. The Naples VA Clinic is about 15 minutes south on Goodlette Road, and I can tell you exactly which form your primary care doc needs to fill out. Call me — I'll come measure your stairs and give you a firm number the same day.

Your Next Step

Ready to get started? It's simple.

Pelican Marsh isn't a community where people put off decisions about aging in place. With a median age of 73 and homes full of custom finishes, most residents we meet want a stairlift that works reliably and doesn't scar the staircase. That's what we deliver — bolt-through tread mounting, no wall drilling, and a rail that comes out clean if the home ever goes on the market.

Whether you're in a Terrabella estate with a grand foyer staircase, an Arielle coach home with a short patio stair run, or a Ventura two-story that needs a platform lift, Luis does the measure and the install himself. One phone call, free assessment within a day, same-week installation on straight lifts. No travel fees anywhere in Pelican Marsh or the surrounding North Naples communities.
