Straight runs, common in Estrella and Palm Valley's two-story tract layouts, cost less to equip than a curved rail, which has to be custom-fabricated to the turn. Get a quote off an actual walk-through of your stairs rather than a phone estimate, especially if your home has a landing or split run.
