Stairlift Service Across Denton County

Denton County, TX

Wellington is Flower Mound's largest subdivision — 2,363 homes built between 1995 and 2006 across nine phases including Brandywine, Hillcrest, Wichita Chase, and Wellington Estates. Standard geometry: 14 carpeted treads, iron spindles, open foyer, straight run. Our fastest installs — under 3.5 hours. The Wellington HOA is one of the most active in DFW and we've been approved there multiple times.

Bridlewood wraps around the golf club — 1,100+ homes, some with L-shaped stair runs requiring curved rails. Canyon Falls is the newest community with wider stairs and more outdoor installs due to aggressive lot grading. Tour 18 is the gated estate section with grand entry staircases. Stafford Estates and Bakers Branch round out the housing stock with 1990s–2000s two-stories similar to Wellington.

Wellington Phase 5 two-story — rail matched to oak handrail cap past iron spindles

Wellington, TX Installed March 2026

A 2001 Wellington two-story with 14 carpeted treads, decorative iron spindles, and an open foyer — the single most common staircase in Flower Mound. Mr. Dawson is 74 and had been sleeping in the recliner downstairs for three weeks after a knee replacement rather than attempt the stairs. We color-matched the rail to the oak handrail cap, bolted into the treads without touching a single spindle, and Mr. Dawson rode upstairs to his own bed that evening. The Wellington HOA approved in five business days using our pre-templated ARC packet.

Bridlewood L-shaped landing — custom curved rail in one continuous ride

Bridlewood, TX Installed February 2026

A 1999 Bridlewood home backing to the golf course with an L-shaped staircase — 10 treads up, a 90° turn at the landing, then 4 more treads to the second floor. Two other companies told Mrs. Tran she'd need two separate straight rails with a transfer at the landing. We laser-scanned the staircase on the first visit, fabricated a single curved rail that carries her from the foyer to the upper hallway in one continuous ride, and installed a swivel-exit seat at the top. One ride, zero transfers. Her daughter in Houston watched the whole assessment on FaceTime.

Canyon Falls compact two-story — straight rail beside the sideboard in a cozy entry

Canyon Falls, TX Installed January 2026

A 2021 Canyon Falls two-story with a compact, traditional-style entry — stone-look tile treads, a wooden sideboard with a potted plant at the base of the stairs, and a cozy cottage feel despite the new construction. Mr. Gupta Sr. is 81 and the 16 steps between his ground-floor suite and the family kitchen upstairs had become the bottleneck. We bolted the straight rail into the tile treads, tucked the seat fold-up tight against the sideboard at the bottom, and Mr. Gupta eats dinner with his grandchildren upstairs every night now.

Tour 18 estate — outdoor entry lift on stone-paved porch steps

Tour 18, TX Installed December 2025

A Tour 18 estate with a covered front porch raised above a natural stone-paved entry — five exterior steps from the walkway up to the front door. Mrs. Ellison, 79, had been using the side garage entrance to avoid the porch stairs, adding 40 feet of walking each way. We anchored a weather-resistant cream-seat outdoor rail into the stone paving, sealed every fastener against North Texas rain and heat, and parked the seat at the top landing beside the front door. Mrs. Ellison uses her own front entrance again. The HOA approved in seven business days using our pre-templated packet.

Stafford Estates — swivel-exit seat for safer step-off on carpeted stairs

Stafford Estates, TX Installed November 2025

A 2004 Stafford Estates two-story with 14 carpeted treads and the standard open foyer. Mrs. Reeves had been going upstairs on her hands and knees since a hip replacement six months ago — she could manage going up but was afraid of coming down. We installed the swivel-exit seat that rotates 90° at the upper landing so she steps off onto the hallway floor with both feet level. The brown upholstery blends with the carpet tones on the treads. Coming down is no longer the problem. Mr. Reeves said she rode it eight times the first day just to prove she could.

Platform Lift

Bakers Branch — indoor wheelchair platform lift for a retired Army sergeant

Bakers Branch, TX Installed October 2025

A late-1990s Bakers Branch home where Mr. Miller, a retired Army sergeant, uses a wheelchair full-time after a stroke. The family needed him to reach the second floor without transferring out of his chair. We installed an inclined wheelchair platform lift on the interior stairway — a flat black anti-slip platform with yellow high-visibility safety edges and a white handrail. Mr. Miller rolls onto the platform, locks his wheels, and rides to the upper floor without leaving his chair. The family applied for the VA HISA grant through the Dallas VA, and we prefilled VA Form 10-0103. The grant covered the full $2,000 non-service-connected cap.

Common Questions

Everything Flower Mound Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a stairlift cost in Flower Mound right now?

Straight rails in the standard Flower Mound two-story — Wellington, Bridlewood, Stafford Estates, Bakers Branch — run $2,800 to $5,500 installed. Curved rails for L-shaped landings in Bridlewood or grand entry staircases in Tour 18 run $9,000 to $15,000 because the rail is manufactured to your exact staircase geometry. Outdoor models for raised patio entries in Canyon Falls run $4,000 to $7,500. Every quote is written, honored for 30 days, and includes the rail, seat, battery backup, install labor, and the first service visit.

Are prices higher in Flower Mound than other DFW suburbs?

Equipment prices are identical across the DFW metro — we don't inflate quotes for Tour 18 estate addresses or Canyon Falls new-builds. What varies slightly is install complexity: threading a curved rail past a custom wrought-iron railing in a Tour 18 foyer costs more labor than bolting a straight rail on a Wellington production staircase. Every line item is detailed on the written quote.

Is a used or refurbished stairlift worth considering?

For straight staircases — which is the majority of Flower Mound homes — a certified refurbished unit can save 30-40%. We carry factory-reconditioned rails with new upholstery, new batteries, and a 2-year warranty. Every North Texas unit gets our high-heat lubricant swap regardless of new or refurbished. For curved rails, refurbished is rarely available because the rail is custom-manufactured to your exact geometry. Ask about inventory during the assessment.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — three lending partners with 0% APR for qualified buyers and low fixed-rate plans from $79/month. Application is a soft credit pull (no hit to your score), takes about 4 minutes, and approval is usually instant. Many Flower Mound families combine financing with the IRS medical deduction or a partial HISA grant. We walk through the math on paper during the assessment — not on a tablet screen you can't read.

A word from Luis

Flower Mound families almost always call me for the same reason: they bought a two-story in Wellington or Bridlewood in 2000 when the kids were in grade school, and now the kids are gone and the stairs are the only thing standing between the parents and the master bedroom they've used for 25 years. That's 14 carpeted treads, iron spindles, an open foyer, and an HOA that wants paperwork before anything changes. I handle all of it.

On-site within 24 hours, one measurement visit, a written quote honored for 30 days, and the HOA submission filed the same day. No pressure. No upsells. En español si lo prefiere.
