Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Davie County

Davie County, NC

We cover every section of Bermuda Run and the surrounding Davie County communities. In Bermuda Run West, the New Traditional homes along the fairways have wide oak staircases that suit a straight rail, while Kinderton Village townhouses and condos often need a slim-profile fit for stairs as narrow as 28 inches. Bermuda Village, the single-story retirement community, more often calls for an outdoor lift on porch steps. We also serve Oak Valley, Hillsdale, and Lybrook Village here in town, plus nearby Advance, Clemmons, and Lewisville. Each home's stair width, tread material, and landing geometry decides whether a straight, curved, or outdoor lift is the right call.

Common Questions

Everything Bermuda Run Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding, no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a straight stairlift cost in Bermuda Run?

A straight stairlift starts at $2,800 installed, covering the rail, powered seat, battery backup, and labor. Most Bermuda Run homes with straight staircases fall in this range. Final price depends on rail length, but 12 to 14 feet covers nearly every install here.

How much is a curved stairlift in Bermuda Run?

Curved stairlifts start at $9,000 in Bermuda Run. The price reflects the custom rail — each one is bent to match your exact stair turn after a laser measurement. That $9,000 includes the custom rail, seat, battery backup, and full installation.

Are there hidden fees with Bermuda Run stairlift installation?

No. The price quoted at your free in-home assessment is the price you pay. It covers the equipment, labor, and any small adjustments on install day. There are no trip charges and no travel fees inside the Bermuda Run gates or anywhere in Davie County.

What affects stairlift pricing in Bermuda Run?

Three things: stair shape (straight vs. curved), rail length, and whether the install is indoor or outdoor. Straight rails on a standard staircase run $2,800. Curved rails start at $9,000 because each is custom-fabricated. Outdoor lifts add weather-sealing and start at $4,000, and heavy-duty lifts rated to 600 lb start at $5,050.

A word from Luis

Bermuda Run is a gated, golf-built town, and I am inside the gates most weeks. The custom homes along the Country Club fairways have solid oak treads that take a bolt-through straight rail cleanly, while the newer sections like Lybrook Village run engineered treads that I shim a little differently.

Kinderton Village is its own puzzle. Those Craftsman townhouses have tight, switch-back stairs where I spec the slim-profile rail almost every time. Over in Bermuda Village, the single-story villas usually need an outdoor lift on five or six porch steps, not an indoor rail. The question I hear most is whether a lift will make a home look clinical. It will not. The rails are powder-coated to the tread tone, the seats come in tan, beige, and brown, and folded up at the landing most guests never notice it is there.
