If you're on ALTCS, the Environmental Accessibility Adaptations benefit under the EPD Waiver doesn't carry a fixed dollar cap; AHCCCS approves it case-by-case as part of your individual service plan, so what you pay out of pocket depends on that approval rather than a set sticker price.
