Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Utah County

Utah County, UT

From the custom-built two-stories on the east bench in Willow Canyon — where million-dollar lots look out toward Utah Lake — to the equestrian estate lots in Box Elder at the base of Box Elder Peak, our team has measured staircases across every Alpine neighborhood. Lambert Park Estates homes take curved rails for sweeping open foyers. Moyle Park-area split-levels from the 1980s need 90° landing turns. The 1850s adobe pioneer homes near Main Street and the Pioneer Relic Hall at 54 North have settled wood treads that need slim-profile rails. Newer builds along Healey Boulevard and the lots up at The Ridge at Alpine round out our install territory at the foot of the Wasatch.

2004 Willow Canyon two-story — straight rail bolted to oak hardwood treads

Willow Canyon, UT Installed March 2026

A 2004 two-story on the Alpine bench in Willow Canyon, with 14 dark-oak hardwood treads polished to a satin finish. We measured the 15-foot run with a laser, bolted the slim straight rail directly to the oak treads — not the wall — and parked the cream-upholstered seat at the bottom landing. Mr. Morrison slept in his own upstairs bedroom that night for the first time since his stroke.

1985 Moyle Park split-level — curved rail through a 90° landing turn

Moyle Park, UT Installed February 2026

A 1985 split-level near Moyle Park: five steps from entry to living area, a 90-degree landing, eight more to the bedrooms. We laser-scanned the full run, fabricated a single brown-upholstered curved rail that carries Mr. Kimball from entry to upper hallway without stopping, and installed a swivel-exit seat at the top landing. Two companies told him he'd need two separate lifts. We did it with one continuous rail.

1880s Main Street pioneer cottage — compact stairway with brown seat beside an heirloom sideboard

Main Street Historic District, UT Installed January 2026

An 1880s adobe pioneer cottage near Main Street and the Alpine Pioneer Relic Hall — light tile-paved foyer treads only 32 inches wide. The brown-upholstered seat parks at the bottom next to a 100-year-old wooden sideboard the family inherited with the house. The slim-profile rail mounts to the original tile risers without cracking the stone, and folded takes up just 11 inches of passage. Luis walked the family through every button in Spanish.

Box Elder raised porch — outdoor lift on flagstone steps rated for Utah County winters

Box Elder, UT Installed December 2025

A ranch home in the Box Elder estate area with a raised front porch and six flagstone steps that ice over every winter. Mr. Gardner, an Army veteran with a service-connected back injury, slipped on those stones in January. The Wahlen VA prescribed the HISA grant; we prefilled Form 10-0103, the grant covered $6,800, install four weeks later. The cream-upholstered outdoor seat is rated to -20°F, IP55 motor housing, corrosion-resistant rail.

Healey Boulevard home — straight rail on carpeted residential stairs

Healey Boulevard, UT Installed November 2025

A newer two-story along Healey Boulevard with carpeted treads in warm tan tones and a tile floor at the base. The brown-upholstered seat matches the carpet. Mrs. Spencer's son called from Boise on Monday, we measured Monday afternoon, the crew installed Wednesday morning. The rail bolts through the carpet into the wooden treads beneath — no carpet removal, no damage to the pile.

Platform Lift

The Ridge at Alpine home — inclined wheelchair platform with yellow safety edges

The Ridge at Alpine, UT Installed October 2025

A two-story home up at The Ridge at Alpine. Mr. Torres is a disabled veteran on a power wheelchair after a service-connected spinal injury. We installed an inclined platform lift along the indoor stairway: flat black anti-slip deck, yellow safety edges on every threshold, white handrail, keyed lockout. HISA covered $6,800; Utah Aging Waiver covered the balance. He rides between floors without ever leaving his chair.

Common Questions

Everything Alpine Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a stairlift cost in Alpine, UT right now?

Straight rails in standard Alpine homes — the two-stories in Willow Canyon, the colonials on the bench, the split-levels near Moyle Park — run $2,800 to $5,500 installed. Curved rails for Lambert Park Estates open-foyer stairways and vaulted-ceiling entries run $9,000 to $15,000 because the rail is manufactured to your exact staircase geometry. Outdoor models for raised entries and snow-exposed porches start at $4,000. Every quote is written, held for 30 days, and includes installation, rail, seat, battery backup, and the first service visit.

Are Alpine prices different from Lehi or Highland?

Equipment prices are the same across the northern Utah County corridor — we don't discount or inflate based on lot size or home value. What varies slightly is install labor for unusual conditions: open-foyer curves in Alpine's custom builds, vaulted-ceiling stairways in Willow Canyon, and the cold-rated lubricant we spec as standard on every Utah County install because of the bench-elevation climate. We tell you the line items upfront on the written quote so there are no surprises on install day.

Is a stairlift cheaper than moving to a single-story home?

Moving costs in northern Utah County — real estate commission, closing costs, packing, new deposit — typically run $25,000 to $50,000 given Alpine's premium home values. A straight stairlift installs in under four hours for $2,800 to $5,500 and lets you stay in the home you built or bought on the bench, in the neighborhood you know, near your doctors at Timpanogos Regional Hospital and the friends you already have. For most Alpine families, the stairlift costs less than the real estate commission alone.

Do you offer financing for Alpine homeowners?

Yes. We offer fixed-rate payment plans starting at $79 per month with no prepayment penalty. Most Alpine families finance curved rails because the upfront cost is higher, but even straight rails qualify. You get the same written quote, same warranty, same install timeline — the only difference is how you pay. We walk you through the options during the free assessment so you can decide without pressure.

A word from Luis

Most Alpine families call after a close call on the stairs — a slip on the hardwood in a Willow Canyon two-story, a father who hasn't been upstairs since knee surgery at Timpanogos Regional Hospital, a daughter in Salt Lake City worried about her parents in the custom home they built on the bench and have no intention of leaving.

My job is simple: drive to your house within 24 hours, measure once, and give you a price held for 30 days. No pressure. No upsells. En español si lo prefiere.
