Do the hills and split-level homes common here change the install?
The township's terrain — wooded, hilly, with floodplains along the four streams running through it — doesn't change the lift itself, but it does mean more of the housing stock has split-level or raised-basement layouts than you'd see on flat ground. If there's a second staircase down to a lower level, we look at that one separately; sometimes a household ends up needing two lifts instead of one.
