Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Tarrant County

Tarrant County, TX

We cover the full Rendon CDP. Ashford Park has traditional brick ranch homes with original oak treads, often narrow at 30 inches. Cabot Estates is newer construction on half-acre lots with wider straight staircases. Homes along the FM 1187 corridor date to the 1960s–70s and tend toward tight, steep flights, while Rendon Road and Rendon-Forest Hill Drive bring acreage properties, barndominiums and split-levels — some needing a curved rail for a mid-stair landing. We also serve the Teague Road and Autumn Breeze areas, mostly single-story ranches with second-floor additions, plus nearby Burleson, Everman, Forest Hill, Crowley and Mansfield.

Straight

Ashford Park — straight rail on original 1972 oak treads

Ashford Park, TX Installed March 2026

The Mitchells' 1972 ranch in Ashford Park has original dark oak treads, narrow at 30 inches. Mrs. Mitchell had been sleeping downstairs for six months. We bolted a 14-foot straight rail directly to the treads with the beige seat at the bottom landing — three hours, no drywall repair, no rewiring.

Cabot Estates — curved rail around the upper landing

Cabot Estates, TX Installed February 2026

The Delgados' Cabot Estates home has a formal staircase with a 90-degree curve at the upper landing, opening onto a hallway under a chandelier. The bend, not the rise, was the problem. We custom-bent a curved rail to the turn so the brown seat parks cleanly at the top floor.

FM 1187 corridor — compact rail on stone-tile treads

FM 1187 Corridor, TX Installed April 2026

The Pattersons' compact home along FM 1187 has stone-tile treads — a common finish in late-1960s Rendon builds. The flight is tight, tucked between the living room and a wooden sideboard. A 12-foot compact straight rail fit the run and the seat folds flush against the wall.

Outdoor

Rendon Road — outdoor porch lift on stone paving

Rendon Road, TX Installed May 2026

The Hawkins' Rendon Road acreage has a wide stone-paved porch with four steps down to the gravel drive — a 52-inch rise Mr. Hawkins could no longer manage. We fitted a cream outdoor lift with powder-coated, UV- and heat-rated, IP55-sealed hardware so it holds up to Texas sun and dust.

Teague Road — carpeted ranch staircase straight rail

Teague Road, TX Installed January 2026

The Bennetts' Teague Road ranch has a carpeted staircase — beige pile over pine treads, standard 34-inch width. Mrs. Bennett had fallen twice in 2025. We installed a straight rail with a seat matching the carpet tones and brackets notched through the pile so nothing shows.

Platform Lift

Autumn Breeze — indoor wheelchair platform lift

Autumn Breeze, TX Installed March 2026

Mr. Reyes uses a power wheelchair full-time, so the Autumn Breeze home needed an inclined platform — not a seat lift — to reach the upstairs bedroom. We installed an indoor platform with a flat black deck, yellow safety edges and a white wall handrail, rated to 600 lb for chair and rider.

Common Questions

Everything Rendon Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a straight stairlift cost in Rendon?

A straight stairlift starts at $2,800 installed, covering up to 16 feet of rail, the seat, remotes and battery backup. Pricing is the same across every Rendon ZIP code — and because we're local to the FM 1187 corridor, there are no travel fees added on.

How much is a curved stairlift for a Rendon split-level?

Curved models start at $9,000. The final price depends on how many turns your staircase has — a single 90-degree landing turn costs less than a double bend. The on-site laser measurement that maps every angle is included before any rail is bent.

Are there financing options for Rendon residents?

Yes. Monthly plans start at $79/month through third-party lenders, with a 12-month same-as-cash option and longer terms, and no prepayment penalty. Many Rendon families combine financing with the VA HISA grant or Texas STAR+PLUS to cut the out-of-pocket cost.

Does an outdoor stairlift cost more in Rendon?

Outdoor units start at $4,000. They run higher than indoor models because of the UV- and heat-rated, IP55-sealed hardware needed to stand up to Texas sun and humidity on porch and acreage entry steps.

A word from Luis

Rendon's a different kind of install territory. You've got acreage lots, ranch homes from the '60s and '70s, and barndominiums with stairs that nobody designed for a lift. The older homes off FM 1187 have some of the narrowest staircases I see — 28 to 30 inches — so I keep slim-rail units on the truck for them.

Out toward Cabot Estates and Rendon-Forest Hill Drive the houses are newer and the stairs are wider, but you'll hit a 90-degree turn at the landing that needs a custom-bent curved rail. Either way I measure every tread myself, bolt the rail straight to the stairs — never the wall — and the DC motor carries battery backup so it still runs when a storm drops the power.

— Luis Ramírez, Rendon
Your Next Step

Ready to get started? It's simple.

Rendon gives you country quiet on an acre lot but you're only about 13 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and six minutes from the Burleson shopping corridor off I-35W. You don't have to give that up — or give up your second floor — because the stairs got hard.

For families weighing a stairlift against a downstairs bedroom conversion, a straight rail starts at $2,800, installs in about three hours, and keeps the upstairs usable instead of losing it to a renovation. Call Luis at (800) 965-0350 or fill out the form for a free home assessment within 24 hours.
