Bestseller

The standard solution for Parker's two-story new-builds — from Stonegate to Meridian Village. Over 70% of Douglas County installs are straight rails. The rail anchors into stair treads — never the wall — the seat and footrest fold flat, and the lithium battery backup keeps the lift running through Front Range power outages. Most Parker straight runs are 12-16 feet and wrap in under four hours.

Starting at $3,200 installed

Stairlift Service Across Douglas County

Douglas County, CO

From the newer streets of Stonegate and Stepping Stone to the established lots of The Pinery and Sierra Ridge, we've mapped Parker's housing stock block by block. We know which Meridian Village floorplans have the split-level turn at the mid-landing, which Grand View Estates properties sit at the highest elevation where battery performance matters most, and which Stonegate townhome rows have the narrow stair access that requires our compact-profile rail. We also serve the surrounding Douglas County communities — residents in Castle Rock, Lone Tree, and Highlands Ranch are within our standard service zone with no travel fee.

Stonegate two-story — straight rail on original oak treads

Stonegate, CO Installed March 2026

A 1997-built Stonegate two-story with original dark oak stair treads and an open-tread design. We filed the Stonegate HOA accommodation request on Monday, had written approval by Thursday, and installed on Friday. The straight rail bolts directly into the hardwood treads on the right side, with the beige seat parked at the bottom landing. Rail color matched to the oak finish so it sits unobtrusively against the warm-toned wood. The Hoffman family's mother moved in the same week.

The Pinery split-level — curved rail bending 90° at the upper landing

The Pinery, CO Installed February 2026

A 1980s Pinery split-level with a staircase that turns 90° at the upper landing — the geometry that makes a straight rail impossible. We laser-scanned the staircase on the first visit and fabricated the curved rail over 11 days. The brown-upholstered seat parks at the top floor where Mr. Carlson steps off onto the hallway, not the top tread. The upscale interior with chandelier and framed artwork meant the rail had to complement the decor. At 6,200 feet elevation, lithium battery backup is standard.

Sierra Ridge colonial — straight rail on stone treads in a compact traditional entry

Sierra Ridge, CO Installed January 2026

A Sierra Ridge colonial with stone-tread stairs in a compact entry beside a wooden sideboard with a potted plant. Mrs. Nakamura's physical therapist had flagged the top-landing exit as her highest fall risk. We anchored the straight rail into the stone treads in the cozy, traditional space and installed the swivel-exit seat so she rotates 90 degrees and stands on the hallway floor instead of the top step. The cottage feel of the entry stayed intact.

Grand View Estates — outdoor porch lift on stone-paved entry steps

Grand View Estates, CO Installed December 2025

A Grand View Estates property with a raised main-floor entry accessible only via seven exterior stone-paved steps. The homeowner's son needed weather-sealed access year-round — which in Douglas County means rated for -20°F and Chinook gusts. We installed a cream-colored outdoor seat on the stone-paved porch entry with wind-rated anchors driven into the concrete footer, cold-weather sealed motor, and a weather cover. The rough natural stone paving and covered porch framed the installation naturally.

Meridian Village home — straight rail on carpeted stairs, seat matching carpet tones

Meridian Village, CO Installed November 2025

A 2015 Meridian Village home with carpeted stairs and a landing area. Mr. Patterson wanted the lift to blend as much as possible with the existing decor. We bolted the rail through carpet and padding into the structural wood below, using longer fasteners for a secure hold. The brown-upholstered seat matches the carpet tones, and when parked at the landing beside the wall-mounted light switches, the unit reads as part of the staircase rather than an addition. The tiled floor at the bottom landing made for a clean transition point.

Platform Lift

Stepping Stone townhome — indoor wheelchair platform lift for a non-transferring resident

Stepping Stone, CO Installed October 2025

A Stepping Stone townhome where Mrs. Brennan cannot transfer from her wheelchair to a seated stairlift. We installed an inclined wheelchair platform lift on the indoor stairway — a flat black anti-slip platform with yellow high-visibility safety edges and a white handrail. The orange-tinted walls and window provided good visibility of the safety markings. She wheels onto the platform at the bottom, rides the rail, and wheels off at the top without leaving her chair.

Common Questions

Everything Parker Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a stairlift cost installed in Parker, CO?

Straight rails in standard Parker two-story homes run $2,800 to $5,500 installed — that covers the rail, the seat, battery backup, and the installation. Curved rails, needed for The Pinery split-level turns or any mid-landing staircase, run $9,000 to $15,000 because the rail is laser-measured and fabricated to your exact geometry. Every Parker quote is written, includes all line items, and is honored for 30 days.

Do HOA approvals add cost to the Parker installation?

No. The HOA accommodation-request documentation — including the Federal Fair Housing Act filing — is handled by our office at no charge. We keep templates on file for every active Parker-area HOA including Stonegate, Stepping Stone, Meridian Village, and Sierra Ridge. What can rarely add a line item is if a specific HOA requires an engineer's letter for non-standard installs. We tell you before we start, never after.

Are prices higher for Parker than Denver or Aurora?

Equipment prices are the same across the Front Range — we don't add a Douglas County premium. What occasionally affects labor cost is altitude-specific equipment: Parker sits at 5,869 feet, so every install includes a lithium battery upgrade from the standard sealed lead-acid cell. We call this out in the quote as a single line item, not a hidden fee. The upgrade is roughly $150-$200 and is worth it when a Colorado winter knocks out your power at 2 a.m.

Does financing work for a Parker installation?

Yes — three lending partners with 0% APR for qualified buyers and fixed-rate plans from $79/month. Application is a soft credit pull (no score impact), takes about 4 minutes, and approval is typically same-day. Many Douglas County families combine financing with a VA HISA grant or the Colorado EBD Medicaid waiver to reduce the monthly payment further. We walk through the math during the free assessment.

A word from Luis

The challenge in Parker is almost never the staircase — it's the HOA. I've filed accommodation requests with every major association in town, from Stonegate to Stepping Stone, and I keep their templates on file so we don't start from scratch each time. Most boards approve within two weeks once the Federal Fair Housing paperwork is in front of them.

At 5,800 feet, I spec lithium batteries as standard. Colorado winters knock out power at 2 a.m. and your mother can't wait until morning to get downstairs. Every Parker install is altitude-rated before I leave the driveway.
