Florida's Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-Term Care Program (SMMC LTC) lists "Home Accessibility Adaptation" as a covered home-modification service, and it's administered with no fixed dollar cap — it comes down to what your approved plan of care allows. The program's own materials don't name stairlifts specifically, and coverage depends on your managed-care plan and prior authorization, so call the SMMC LTC line at 1-877-711-3662 and ask directly before assuming it's included.
