The standard Belvedere Park ranch — 1950s oak treads, straight stair run, about 12 to 14 feet. The Bruno straight rail bolts to the treads in three hours. No wall work, no electrical changes. The seat folds up to 16 inches from the wall. Battery backup runs the lift for about six hours if the power cuts during a Georgia thunderstorm.
