Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Miami-Dade County

Miami-Dade County, FL

From Brickell high-rises to Coconut Grove cottages, from the pastel art-deco walkups on Miami Beach to the gated estates in Coral Gables, our team has mapped every neighborhood in Miami-Dade. We know which Kendall subdivisions have the narrow turn at the top of the stairs, which Aventura buildings require a second inspection from the condo engineer, and which Little Havana streets have the 1940s townhouses where the banister is part of the original construction and can't be touched.

Because Miami-Dade is the 7th largest county in the US by population, we also staff dedicated specialists for the neighboring hubs — Hialeah, Homestead, and Doral — so you never wait on a tech driving in from another county.

Common Questions

Everything Miami Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a stairlift actually cost in Miami-Dade right now?

Straight rails in standard Miami-Dade homes run $2,800 to $5,500 installed. Curved rails — common in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove split-levels, and 1950s Miami Springs ranches — run $9,000 to $15,000 because the rail is manufactured to your staircase geometry. Outdoor and weather-sealed models for Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, and the seawall homes run $4,000 to $7,500. Every quote is written, honored for 30 days, and includes installation, rail, seat, battery backup, and the first service visit.

Are prices different in Miami than other cities?

Equipment prices are the same as the rest of Florida — we don't inflate quotes for Brickell or Coral Gables addresses. What varies slightly is install labor for unusual conditions: historic home banister preservation, condo-board paperwork windows, and storm-season rush installs. We tell you the line items upfront. No surprise "Miami premiums."

Do you charge extra for Spanish-language service?

No. Every Miami-Dade assessment can be conducted in Spanish at your request — our installer Luis is bilingual and based in Coral Gables. Every printed quote, consent form, and operating manual is also available in Spanish. Zero surcharge. It's how we should have always done business in this city.

Any hidden fees for condo or HOA buildings?

Our quote includes the HOA paperwork we handle for you — we've worked with 40+ Miami-Dade buildings from Aventura high-rises to Brickell condos, so the forms are already templated. What can add cost (rarely) is when a building requires its own engineer's letter or asks us to file an ARB submission. If that happens, we tell you before we start — not after.

A word from Luis

Most Miami families call me after something has already gone wrong — a slip on the tile stairs in a Brickell condo, a parent who hasn't been upstairs in months after a hip replacement, a daughter calling from New York worried about her mother in Kendall.

My job is simple: get to your house within 24 hours, measure once, and give you a price that's honored for 30 days. No pressure. No upsells. En español si lo prefiere.
