Our Coverage Area

Stairlift Service Across Baldwin County

Baldwin County, AL

We install across all of Gulf Shores, from Fort Morgan peninsula homes on tall pilings down to slab cottages in Cotton Bayou and Lagoon Pass. Craft Farms and The Estates at Craft Farms tend to have wider straight stairs and standard 7-inch risers, so straight rails go in fast. Kiva Dunes, Plash Island and Bon Secour homes usually need outdoor units with marine-grade stainless because the rail sits in direct salt-air. Oyster Bay Village (55+) and Sunset Bay at Bon Secour raised homes often need a curved rail to clear a 90-degree turn at the upper landing. Tell us your subdivision and we will tell you which kit fits.

Common Questions

Everything Gulf Shores Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers about cost, installation, and funding — no sales fluff. Browse by topic or call us if you have a question that isn't here.

What does a stairlift cost in Gulf Shores?

Straight rails for Craft Farms and Cotton Bayou homes start at $2,800 installed. Curved rails for raised Fort Morgan homes typically run $9,000 to $14,000 because each rail is laser-scanned and bent to your stairs. Outdoor marine-grade units start at $4,000.

Are outdoor units more expensive in Gulf Shores than inland Alabama?

Yes, by roughly $400 to $700. Coastal jobs require marine-grade stainless rail, IP55-rated motor cover, and a salt-air gasket package. We spec these on any home within a mile of the Gulf or Bon Secour Bay.

Does financing work for Baldwin County homeowners?

We offer 0% financing from $79/month with no prepayment penalty through our installer-direct lender. Most Gulf Shores buyers split a $2,800 straight rail across 36 months.

Are there hidden fees once Luis surveys my home?

No. The on-site survey is free, the written quote is fixed, and permits in the City of Gulf Shores are included. The only add-on is the storm-tie kit if your home is in a Special Flood Hazard Area.

A word from Luis

Gulf Shores is not a normal install town. Half the homes I survey here are raised on pilings 12 to 18 feet above grade, with two outdoor flights before you even reach the front door. The other half are 1970s slab cottages along Cotton Bayou where treads are short, headroom is tight, and the salt-air has already chewed through one set of hinges.

That is why I spec marine-grade stainless on every Fort Morgan job, hurricane-rated wall anchors on every elevated home south of Highway 180, and a sealed gear case on every outdoor rail. If you are within a mile of the Gulf, ask me about the IP55 weather rating and the storm-tie kit before you sign anything.

— Luis Ramírez, Gulf Shores
Your Next Step

Ready to get started? It's simple.

Gulf Shores has two stairlift problems no inland town has: hurricane wind load and constant Gulf salt-air. We solve both with marine-grade stainless rails, IP55-sealed motors, and storm-tie hardware rated for Baldwin County wind zones.

Same-week surveys from Fort Morgan to Bon Secour. Most straight rails are riding the next morning. Call Luis directly and ask about the AL E&D Waiver and the $6,800 HISA grant if you are a service-connected veteran.
