Somerset is where most Franklin Township installs happen. A straight-rail lift for a single-level home in Del Webb's Somerset Run runs toward the lower end of the price range; a curved rail for one of the older two-story homes in Somerset village or Franklin Park, where the staircase often turns partway up, costs more because that rail gets custom-built to the bend.
