Kay County sits on the Kansas line in north-central Oklahoma, where US-77 and I-35 run up to the state border. The county seat is Newkirk, but Ponca City — home of the Pioneer Woman statue and the old Conoco refinery — is the largest town. Across these flat plains, homes range from older two-story farmhouses to split-level builds, and a single county-wide installer means rural addresses get the same fast service as town homes.
We cover the whole county with no travel fees, from Blackwell down to Kaw City. We work with seniors aging in place and with veterans, and we serve the area's strong tribal communities — the Ponca, Kaw, Tonkawa and Otoe-Missouria — with the same honest in-home assessment everywhere.
