What happens when you call

1

You call or request a callback

A dispatcher confirms your location, asks about your staircase (straight, curved, outdoor), and schedules a free in-home assessment. Takes about 10 minutes.

2

A technician assesses your home

Scheduled within 3-5 business days in metro areas. The tech measures every tread, checks your electrical setup, and evaluates the best mounting path. 30-45 minutes on site.

3

You get a written quote

Itemized by equipment, rail, labor, and any electrical work. Left with you at the assessment. Good for 30 days. No deposit required, no follow-up pressure.

4

Installation day

Straight rail: typically within 5 business days of approval. Curved rail: 10-14 days for factory fabrication, then one day on site. Most installs take 2-4 hours.

Frequently asked

Common questions

Do you have a physical office I can visit?
We do not operate a walk-in showroom. Our technicians come to your home for assessments, installations, and service calls. This model keeps overhead low and pricing competitive. If you want to see a stairlift in person before buying, the technician brings demonstration materials to the assessment.
How fast can you schedule an assessment?
Major metro areas: 3-5 business days. Suburban and mid-size cities: 5-7 days. Rural areas: 7-10 days. If you have an urgent situation like a hospital discharge or fall risk, tell the dispatcher and we will prioritize your scheduling.
What does the assessment cost?
Nothing. The in-home assessment is free, always. A technician measures your staircase, checks electrical, evaluates your needs, and leaves a written quote valid for 30 days. No charge, no obligation.
Do you offer service in Spanish?
Yes. Our dispatch team includes bilingual English and Spanish staff, and several technicians are bilingual. Let us know when you schedule and we assign accordingly.
What if I call after hours?
After-hours calls go to voicemail. We return all voicemails within one business day. For emergencies where the rider is stranded or the unit is non-functional, existing customers have a 24/7 emergency dispatch number provided at installation.
