Two-story homes with a landing partway up need a curved rail custom-bent to that turn, which costs more and takes longer to fabricate. Most of Citrus Springs is owner-occupied, often by people in their retirement home rather than a starter property, so the cost of a stairlift tends to get weighed against the cost of moving or the cost of a fall, not against a landlord's budget.
