Quote validity

Written quotes provided after an in-home assessment are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 30 days, pricing may change due to manufacturer price adjustments, material costs, or changes to your staircase configuration. We will notify you if a requote is needed.

Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual installation agreement provided with your quote. Typical terms require a deposit at the time of scheduling and the balance upon completion of installation. We do not charge the full amount before installation is complete.
